Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By placing an order on EssayServiceUkraine you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Nature of Service

We provide custom academic writing assistance. All work is delivered as a model or reference document to support your own study, research, and learning. Submitting our work as your own to an academic institution may violate that institution's integrity policy. That decision and its consequences are entirely your responsibility.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Orders

Orders are confirmed after full or agreed partial payment is received.
Order specifications (subject, level, deadline, sources) must be accurate and complete. We are not liable for errors caused by incomplete instructions.
Changes to order scope after assignment may incur additional charges and deadline adjustment.

5. Deadlines

Deadlines begin from the moment payment is confirmed and complete instructions are received. Late or unclear instructions shift the delivery clock accordingly.

6. Revisions

We provide free revisions within the scope of the original order brief for 14 days after delivery. See our Revision Policy for full terms. Revisions that introduce new requirements constitute a new order.

7. Payments & Refunds

Payment is required in advance. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered work for personal academic reference. We retain the right to keep an anonymised copy for quality assurance.

9. Confidentiality

We do not disclose client identities, order details, or uploaded materials to any third party except as required by law.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our work commercially. You may not use our service to produce content intended to harass, defame, or defraud any person.

11. Originality

All work is produced from scratch. Our approach to plagiarism prevention is detailed in our Plagiarism Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or academic penalties arising from your use of our work.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved by negotiation in the first instance, then by binding arbitration.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
