Refund Policy

1. Our Guarantee
We stand behind every order. If we fail to meet the agreed terms, you are entitled to a refund — partial or full — as outlined below.
2. Full Refund Conditions
You qualify for a 100% refund if:
- You cancel the order before a writer has been assigned.
- We fail to deliver your work by the agreed deadline and you no longer need it.
- The delivered work contains critical quality failures and you have requested and received at least one revision that did not resolve the issue.
- We accept an order we are unable to fulfil and notify you proactively.
3. Partial Refund Conditions
You qualify for a partial refund if:
- You cancel after a writer has started work. The refund reflects the proportion of work not yet completed.
- The work partially meets your requirements and a revision resolves the remainder. The refund covers the unresolved portion.
- We deliver late but you still use the work. The refund percentage is proportional to the delay.
4. No Refund Conditions
No refund is issued if:
- The work has been delivered and approved (explicitly or implicitly after 14 days with no dispute raised).
- The quality issue arises from inaccurate or incomplete instructions you provided.
- You have requested revisions that fall outside the original order scope. See our Revision Policy for scope definitions.
- A refund was previously processed for the same order.
5. Dispute Process
Raise a dispute within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@essayserviceukraine.com with your order number and a clear explanation. We resolve all disputes within 5 business days.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
