Revision Policy
Effective date: 1 June 2025
1. Free Revisions
Every order includes unlimited free revisions within the scope of the original brief, submitted within 14 days of delivery.
2. What Counts as In-Scope
A revision is in-scope if it corrects the work against the original instructions — for example:
- Adjusting argument structure, tone, or formatting to match the brief.
- Adding or removing sources as originally specified.
- Correcting grammar, spelling, or citation formatting.
- Expanding or reducing word count within ±10% of the agreed length.
3. What Counts as Out-of-Scope
The following constitute a new order and will be quoted separately:
- Changing the topic, research question, or thesis after delivery.
- Adding new sections or chapters not included in the original brief.
- Increasing word count by more than 10%.
- Switching citation style after work has been written in the original style.
4. Revision Deadline
Revision requests submitted after 14 days are accepted at our discretion and may be treated as new orders. For refund rights related to revision outcomes, see our Refund Policy.
5. Turnaround for Revisions
Simple revisions (grammar, formatting): within 24 hours. Structural revisions: within 48–72 hours depending on order complexity.
6. How to Request
Email info@essayserviceukraine.com with your order number and a precise list of changes required. Vague revision requests will be clarified before work begins.
