1. Definitions

“Personal Balance” – funds added voluntarily to your account.
“Order Balance” – funds allocated to a specific Order.
“Escrow” – temporary fund holding until Order completion.

“Product” – the delivered result of the Service.
“AI Writing Service” – automated content generation using AI models.
“AI Rewriting Service” – automated rewriting/paraphrasing.
“AI Detection Service” – automatic analysis of content to detect AI elements.

All Products must be used for reference, research, and learning, not submission as your own academic work.

4. AI Tools & Limitations

Our AI Services generate content automatically.
Limitations include:

  • Possible inaccuracies, outdated facts, or inconsistencies
  • No manual review or editing
  • Not guaranteed to detect AI or plagiarism with 100% accuracy
  • Input length limits (set on the Website)
  • No obligation for the content to meet academic standards

You are fully responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs.

5. Registration Process

To receive Custom Writing Services, you must create an account using email or a social login (Google, Apple, etc.).

You agree to:

  • Content uploaded by Experts
  • Communications between Customers and Experts
  • Inaccurate or offensive materials provided by Experts

8. Order Placement & Process

Orders are placed through the Website’s Order Form.
Your requirements must be:

  • Clear
  • Complete
  • Final

After payment and assignment, changes may require extra fees.

Word count rules follow:

  • 275 words per double-spaced page
  • 550 words per single-spaced page
  • ~135 words per slide (PowerPoint)

Late submission of materials may require additional payment or extra time.

9. Payments & Discounts

  • All payments are made in UAH (Ukrainian hryvnia) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed only after authorization.
  • Promo codes must be entered correctly at checkout.
  • Pricing may change at any time.

Funds may be placed into your Personal Balance for future Orders.

10. Direct Interactions

We do not intervene in Customer-Expert communication unless necessary to:

  • Enforce these Terms
  • Ensure fairness
  • Support dispute resolution

Customers may not use the Services to violate academic integrity policies.

11. Third-Party Payment Processors

We use secure payment processors.
We do not store full credit card numbers.
Processors may store partial data per Ukrainian financial regulations.

12. Order Delivery

Orders are delivered via your Personal Account.
You must ensure:

  • Correct email address
  • Ability to receive notifications
  • Timely download of delivered Product

13. Revision Policy

Free revisions apply if:

  • Requested within 14 days (short orders)
  • Requested within 30 days (long orders)
  • Based on original instructions

Revisions requiring new instructions may require additional payment.
