Refund policy

The company works to guarantee that customers and experts have a comprehensive knowledge of the financial relationships pertaining to the services we offer. As a result, the company is accountable for delivering the product on schedule and in compliance with the customer's specifications as stated in the order. According to our Refund Policy, the Customer is entitled to a partial or whole compensation if any of the Expert's promises about the fulfilment of the order are broken.
General
The Website is just a platform and will not be a party to Expert-Customer contracts or other Expert services or materials. The Company will not monitor Customer-Expert transactions.
Refund eligibility may vary by country or region. You maintain consumer law rights in nations and regions with them. Contact us for a refund.
If the Expert didn't follow your Order, you can request a refund under our Refund Policy. As our Website provides authentic academic support, we want you to be 100% delighted!
Only amounts you put to your Personal Balance using supported payment methods can be withdrawn or refunded to your bank account. Your Personal Balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred and can only be used to pay for Website Orders.
Only the amount you paid after applying a promo code is refundable if you request a refund or chargeback. Promo codes are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Use the AI Tools and Plagiarism Checking Service for free. These Services are exempt from this Refund Policy since they do not involve financial transactions.
We emphasise that we can provide refunds in certain cases to make our Policy explicit. These are:
Expert not yet assigned
This is rare but sometimes happens. Refunds are always 100%.
Late cancellation
Although the Expert was verified, you cancelled the Order. The refund amount ranges from 100% to 70% to cover the Company and Expert's efforts to supply you with the Product and services. This applies to unuploaded papers. A Disputed Claim will be checked if the job was done. Our Quality Assurance section determines refund amounts for such cases.
Delivered late
The Company will refund the relevant payment for late delivery. Discuss the sum with the customer. No refunds are given for Late Delivery owing to Customer inability to supply order information. Therefore, it is better to send all task information, including any additional sources, at once when placing the purchase.
If the Order is completed after the deadline but the Customer needs the work, they may request a partial refund.
Claim disputes
If the Customer is unhappy and wants a refund, the Quality Assurance Department will investigate. Refund claims are allowed or denied depending on investigations. Always remember that we want happy customers. We will always handle Customers fairly and strive for customer happiness.
Order duplicated accidentally
Please contact us immediately to cancel a mistaken Order. You must confirm that the other Order is unnecessary to receive a complete refund. If no cancellation request is received before an Expert is appointed, the Order is valid. You can cancel the Order, but one of the foregoing situations will apply.
Two bills received
You must contact us promptly if you are billed twice, especially if your Personal Balance did not change. Please provide us both receipts so we can resolve the issue and refund the excess price. This rarely happens. No customer can be billed for a single order unless they paid by mistake.
Content originality
If the Product's originality is disputed, a clear report from a respected service with evidence is necessary. Otherwise, no refund is available.
Refunds are denied if:
The Product was utilised for personal use or in another Website Order. At least 70% of the contract price should be released. The sum may change after the QA Department investigation.
Get a lesser grade than predicted. Please note that we cannot guarantee high grades. Our website is a learning platform that works with customers and educators to improve education. We can't refund for a failed course or similar claim because the Expert's job is to help the Customer according to the Order. Customers must complete educational assignments autonomously.
Not admitted to school or failed a test, quiz, or exam. Please note that we cannot guarantee admittance or help with examinations, tests, or quizzes. WE can give educational resources or information. We do not sell products that can be passed off as someone else's work since we oppose academic dishonesty.
If we can't prove the service was poor. In cases where you bypassed the Website, placed an order on a third-party platform, or used third-party resources without allowing our Quality Assurance Department to check the completed work, you did not comply with the Website policies, or the editing and proofreading order did not meet your expectations. You must give Experts explicit Order criteria and expectations. We are not liable for contextual errors or content originality issues in items you send to the Expert. Editing and proofreading orders that fail due to quality issues are not refundable. Any attempt to use editing/rewriting Orders as starting instructions and pressure Experts to create new content is harmful.
The refund period ended. Within six months after the transaction, refunds are available. The initial payment method might be used to refund money. We cannot refund beyond six months.
We are not liable or obligated to refund you for internet or other Service outages or problems caused by government agencies, other parties, or events beyond our control.
Taxes and payments
When the customer pays, we will retain the money and release it to the relevant expert when the required product is ready (at the predetermined price). All transaction fees associated with the provision and use of services via our website will be the responsibility of customers and experts.
Registering to become a user of the Website is free. In exchange for the customer's use of the website, the company may charge a service fee when the order is paid for. Except in cases where the order evaluation is 0% (zero percent), the service fee is non-refundable.
All fees and any taxes related to the provision and use of services via our website must be paid by the parties. For our services, we charge experts a commission. A serious violation of this policy and the terms and conditions will occur if the expert fails to pay the necessary fees.
Processing of refunds
The company normally conducts the refund within three business days of you receiving the confirmation. Your bank transfer costs, transfer irregularities, and/or potential delays brought on by any bank service problems are not the Company's responsibility.
Please be aware that the processing of your refund is dependent on when you paid for your order, and that there may be a significantly higher chance of problems in certain situations. Regretfully, we have no control over this because separate credit card network processors handle these reimbursements and have their own policies. As a result, we are unable to process your refund in this situation.
Refunds are typically granted within six months of the date of the initial transaction. If the refund time has passed, you are not eligible for a reimbursement. Refunds can be made using the original payment method.
Refunds cannot be transferred from one payment method to another (for example, to a new credit card issued by a different business) for the same reason.
